We support older people through our network of community groups. As passionate advocates for healthier ageing, we recognise the profound impact that physical activity and social engagement can have on both mental and physical health.<\/p>\n<p>This Social Prescribing Day 25, we\u2019re extending a warm welcome to any\u00a0new participants\u00a0referred through social prescribing networks by offering\u00a0<strong>free access to our classes during that week<\/strong>. It\u2019s our way of showing just how transformative these classes can be.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Social Prescribing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Social prescribing is about taking a holistic approach to health.
